Your words have power! Be Cautious!

((Good Morning))

Happy Tuesday- 7/21/20

Today I just want to remind us all about something extremely important! The power of our words! Yes, this is so important because it really has a tremendous effect in our daily life and the outcome of our life! Proverbs is filled with many verses about the positive and negative aspects of the tongue.

And this is what you need to know:

It is God’s desires for us to speak life….

Think about this: Are your words uplifting and bring life to others? The bible which we believe BY FAITH, that is the true word inspired by the creator of all things says… “That life and death are in the power of the tongue.”

Note: Is it always easy? Of course not, it can be hard especially when you have been used to speak negative all your life or when you are facing a horrible, unwanted, and undesirable season…But, we must remind ourselves to be precautious and no matter what we are facing to speak life to ourselves and to others. I want to be a world changer, someone who leaves a legacy of love and inspiration to others to seek so they too can be the best version they can possibly be.. And today I want to inspire you and others to do the same…. I promise, seeking God and putting Him first – you will surely find life!

Important note:

Today is the beginning of a new brand day… You have the power of making a choice and to make this day count… Today you will have opportunities to use your words the right way…. To use your words to uplift and inspire others… Let’s be that one friend that makes a difference… That instill hope to others. For many times we use the power of our words to destroy, gossip, dash dreams, and drag someone spirit down.. Let’s be mindful and never forget that our words are powerful and every word that we speak has its consequence!

Let’s make a difference and start today!

Use the power of our words to:

*“To build … not to break.” *

*“To bless … not to badger.” *

*“To praise … not to pounce.” *

Yes, let’s do this, we can do this, I know we can!!!

A little quick prayer-

“Dear Father God, we love you and we want to honor you in everything we do today and everyday… please help me carefully craft my words so they impart life and encouragement and inspire those around me. Help me honor You with everything I say or do….. In Jesus’ Name, Amen. I love you Lord.”
